PSC Parenting Program

In January 2011, PSC expanded its services to include this much-needed continuum of care for our clients.  This is a vital component of on-going parenting education, support, and life-skills coaching for young women who have experienced a crisis, unplanned pregnancy.  We now have the ability to continue working with our PSC prenatal clients up to three years post-partum, providing consistent support to those most vulnerable and seriously "at risk" clients.  It allows our clients an opportunity to maintain and further development the established relationship they have with their PSC Case Manager.

Our professional case management team completed an intensive training program through "Parents as Teachers".  This training program is recognized as one of the most advanced, research and evidence-based parenting support programs available.

We maintain close collaborative relationships with other community resources to best serve the needs of our clients.  Sadly, there are far more clients in need of services like these than PSC or any other single organization/agency could serve.
